Safety reports come first

If an activity could be unsafe as written (an object small enough to choke on, a fall risk, water, cords, batteries or anything else), tell us the page address. Safety reports are reviewed before anything else, and the activity is changed or removed in the app and on the site.

Questions about your child

We cannot answer medical or developmental questions about a particular child, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are worried about how your child is developing, talk to your pediatrician. In the U.S. you can also contact your state's Early Intervention program directly; no referral is needed.

Your family's data

Your plan and logs are encrypted in your browser and the key lives only in your family link, so we cannot read them, recover a lost link or send you a copy. Keep the link somewhere safe, use the export in Settings for a backup, and use Erase in Settings to delete the family's data.

Corrections

If an activity, milestone or schedule looks wrong, send the page address, what you expected and, ideally, the source you are comparing against. Fixes are made once in the underlying data, which corrects every page and the family app at the same time.

Family Pro

Family Pro opens soon. If you reserved the founder price, nothing has been charged and there is nothing to cancel; you will hear from us when Pro opens. Questions about what Pro will include are welcome. The pricing page describes what it will add. When Pro opens, it will be sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, as the merchant of record: Link will take the payment, send the receipt and handle the sales tax or VAT, which will be included in the price. The charge will appear on the card statement as LINK.COM* DELJAN BREGASI. The refund policy explains how refunds will work.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the pricing page, the sources and method page and in the privacy policy (what is and is not collected). You can also reopen the family plan. For an app question, mention the screen you were on and what you tapped. Please never send your family link: anyone who has it can open your family's plan.
